Welcome all to the Third edition of our newsletter.
Firstly we would like to thank everyone for your hard work and dedication to our school. The progress of all of our students has been evident throughout the term.We are extremely pleased to announce we will be opening The Element Performing Arts Creche/Clubs this spring! Monday 11th April 2016 we will be opening Monday- Friday 3.30pm – 9pm daily at Waddon leisure centre where we are offering an activity crèche for children aged 4-11years as a drop in per hour or full time after school care.

We will provide snacks along with refreshments in-between, the children will focus on performing arts, arts and crafts, Kids fit and homework club if provided, they will also be taken on local days outs to parks etc with your permission. We will now be offering a chaperone service to and from swimming lesson etc held on the Waddon site . If you need any further information or to register a place please email or telephone us and we will get back to you.

The Element are pleased to announce we are now Ofsted registered, so we can now accept childcare vouchers and tax credits which we hope will be helpful for you.

The Element currently awaiting our ‘Ofsted ‘registration for Parchmore community centre classes (Thornton Heath) and Stockwell Community centre.
The `Element hope to increase the length of our classes at Parchmore Communtiy centre from 3.45pm-6.45pm with plans to add additional days.(Once confirmed we will give you full details of pricing and our Ofsted rating.)
Finally our holiday club will be located at Stockwell community centre, from Monday 30th May – Friday 3rd June 2016.

If you’re interested in reserving a place please register your interest as soon as possible as we have a limited number of spaces!
Please note there is a 20% non refundable booking fee to secure a place and cover administration.
We hope to continue expanding, in order to give many other children the same opportunities.
Some of you may have noticed we have been bringing in various teachers to try out for our classes. The children have adapted really well to the changes, as we only want the best for our students we will not appoint permanent teacher’s until we are sure we have the right people for the job! We thank you for patience during this time and can ensure you, your children’s development is not being hindered by this process .

We have a no cash system of payment , which means your monthly payments will need to be either transferred into our bank account or as previously discussed set up a monthly standing order for your payment if this best suits your needs. (Please note payments are due on the 1st of every month and must be paid on or before this date , as we do not want to apply late fee charges.) late fees are £5 per week and added after the first week of non payment unless waivered by management.

We also have an ‘Exciting Deal ‘ running until the end of term. If you introduce someone to our school and they sign up you will be entitled to a 30% discount on your fee’s for two months.
Further exciting news – We’ll be running throughout the summer, the plan is to deliver workshop on alternating weeks for the duration of the holidays as we feel 6 weeks is too long a break for the children and we do not want their progression to be affected.
(Could you please make us aware of any holidays you are planning to take during this time so we can work out our time table efficiently to suit you all.)
